Beck Uses a Jump To Conclusion Map
Jump to conclusion maps were all the rage in 1999. Apparently Glenn Beck still uses his. At least that's the way it would seem from what he implies with incomplete data. According to Politifact.com on his December 3, 2009 episode he stated that a labor union president was the most frequent visitor to the White House. Glenn Beck was implying two things.
First he was implying that the reason he was visiting so much was because of a communist agenda.
Secondly, he was inferring that important members of the government should have been on top of that list.
Unfortunately for Glenn Beck when you look into this further you see why there are so many holes in this story. The first issue is that the original data he had used was for a small time period and an updated list was released before he had made his remarks on air. The second issue is that not everyone who enters the White House is put in the public log. It is known that cabinet members are not always put in the log book.
